Our Story
Newcastle’s First Pool Company.
Glamour Pools and Spas was established in 1967, laying the foundation of being the first pool company in Newcastle.
We have proudly provided Newcastle and Lake Macquarie residents with quality products from leading brands. Our influence stretched north to Port Stephens, west to Cessnock and the Hunter Region, south into the Central Coast suburbs and throughout Lake Macquarie.
We are the oldest continuously family-owned and operated pool store in Australia, with more than 150 years of combined pool and spa industry experience and knowledge across our team.

Hayward Pool Products
We became a Pool Power and Hayward Pool Products supplier, adding reliable Australian-made salt chlorinators and American-made Hayward equipment to our range.
2008
Spas & Wellness
Just Spas
We became one of the founding dealers of the Just Spas brand, allowing us to provide Australian-made and imported spas and swim spas through a major Newcastle showroom.

Robotic Innovation
Dolphin Robotic Cleaners
We introduced Dolphin robotic pool cleaners by Maytronics and became a Dolphin Elite Dealer as well as an authorised repairer and warranty agent for the brand.

Our friendly team is factory-certified and highly experienced in pool and spa repairs, water care and management.
We provide mobile on-site home services, phone support, in-store advice and computerised water analysis. Although we no longer construct pools, the family values that built the business continue to shape how we advise and support our customers.
